Board Meeting Minutes & Agenda

All members are encouraged to attend our monthly board meetings. This is your club and we want your input.  The agenda for the next board meeting is posted in the bulletin board outside the main office approximately 10 days prior.   You can also request a copy by contacting the office.  Board meeting minutes are posted outside the office and copies are available to all members by request. 

Our Board Meetings for 2010 are the

3rd Wednesday of each month

and begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

  • January 20th

  • February 17th

  • March 17th

  • April 21st

  • May 19th

  • June 16th

  • July 21st

  • August 18th

  • September 15th

  • October 20th

  • November 17th *

  • December 15th

 

   *** (The November board meeting is an exception to the 3rd Wednesday format.)  The November meeting will be on the first Wednesday of the month in order to accomodate the general membership meeting November 17th.
