Appleatchee Riders features

2 covered indoor and 3 outdoor arenas

available for rent.

All arena rental fees include a freshly groomed surface prepared to the event specification.

Two Covered Indoor Arenas

• Main (Indoor) Arena: (includes warm-up arena described below).
  • During peak times - $500/day, during non-peak time $350/day
  • (Peak Times include holiday's and Friday - Sunday)
  • Arena dimensions are - 120' x 245'
  • Building dimensions are 150' x 310' x 21'
  • Show office and arena sound system is included.  Arena has roping chute and pens.

• Covered warm up arena
  • Attached to Indoor arena described above. 
  • Arena dimensions are 92' x 118'

• Sparks (Indoor)Arena :
  • During peak times - $300/day, during non-peak time $250/day. 
  • Arena dimensions are 110' x 175
  • Building dimensions are 120' x 200'
  • Arena has sound system which can be used in conjunction with the Indoor arena.

Three Outdoor Arenas

• Top (Outside) Arena:
  • During peak times - $250/day,  during non-peak time $200/day. 
  • Arena dimensions are 119' x 282'
  • Nighttime lighting and sound system available.

 

• Middle (Outside) Arena:

• During peak times - $150/day, during non-peak time $100/day. 
• Arena dimensions are 121’ x 227’.

• Roping (Outside) Arena:
  • During peak times $250/day, during non-peak time $200/day.
  • Arena dimensions are 150’ x 268’.
  • Nighttime lighting and sound system available at $250 per day.

Stall Rentals & Other

• Stall Rentals (Events) - During major events we offer a combined total of 212 rental stalls.  During smaller events Appleatchee Riders can easily provide 112 stalls. All stalls have access to electricity and water.

  All stalls are priced at $15 per day, per stall. This rate includes the first bedding (one bale of shavings or 3.5cf).

  • 20 Covered Portable Stalls - dimensions (10’ X 10)
  • 72 Red Show Barns (Approximately 8’ wide X 10’ long)
  • All stalls are expected to be left clean.  If it becomes necessary for Appleatchee Riders to clean the stall, a $5 cleaning fee per stall will be assessed to the organization responsible for the event.

• Horse Hotel  - Appleatchee Riders welcomes travelers under the same terms as above.  Non-members traveling through the area may rent a stable and board their horses for one to two nights before membership is required.  Appleatchee Riders is a Stallion-Free zone.

• Camping - We have 72 electrical hook ups available with 40 water hook ups. Camping fees are $15 per day per hookup.  There are 3 men's and 3 women's showers available in our fully modern campground restroom facility.
